We have recently upgraded our Customer Service system. This provides an enhanced product registration process making it even easier for you to register your D-Link products and obtain after sales service should it ever prove necessary.

The link below will take you to the new Self Service Portal where you can register products, create your customer profile and update your contact details.

If you have previously been through the D-Link product registration process there is no need to re-register as your details have been preserved in our new Customer Service system.

If you have an existing open case with our Help Desk, either a warranty claim or an RMA in process, please refer to the Help Desk contact number shown below. It is not necessary for you to re-register your product.

D-Link would like to advise our customers, following Microsoft's announcement they will no longer be supporting the Windows 98SE, and Windows ME operating systems, D-Link will also have only limited support for these operating systems. You will, however, continue to have access to our on-line support information for Windows 98SE & ME through our web & FTP sites.
